Eating Well

Busy moms often forget that they also need a well-balanced diet just like their babies. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, and eat a nourishing meal to treat your body right. Eating healthy will also teach your child the importance of eating proper food.

Get Enough Sleep

Cognitive impairment, cardiovascular health issues, memory loss, and disorientation – are risks you’re putting yourself into by skimping on sleep. Try to get proper sleep—even when you don’t have time, make time. Try to get 6 to 8 hours of regular sleep and you’ll be grateful you took the time out for yourself.
